ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Citall shopping sites, provided by citallshop. and all wholly owned subsidiaries of Citallshop ("we" or "us")
These Terms of Use govern your use of the services and content offered by us through Citall. By using Citall, you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use or any changes to them, you should discontinue your use of Citall.

THE USER'S OBLIGATION TO REGISTER

ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND DATA SECURITY
When you register for the service, you will receive a password and username sent to you via email. You should keep your password and username secret. You are solely responsible for everything that happens with your password and on your account.If you become aware of any improper use of your password or account or any other breach of data security, please report it immediately. We are not liable for damage caused by failure to comply with the above-mentioned safety regulations.

Thus, any purchase agreement relating to these third-party products is entirely a matter between the customer and the seller.
Citall is not a party to the agreement and assumes no responsibility for the agreement or anything related to the agreement. We do our best to ensure that the products you buy through Citall are of good quality, that they comply with all relevant rules and requirements and that they comply in all respects with the product description on Citall.
We monitor our sellers' delivery processes and our customers' reviews of products they have purchased through Citall, but we have no direct control over each product or delivery of products sold through Citall.We receive your payment as an intermediary to the seller, and we also undertake to refund money on behalf of the seller if you are entitled to it.Your payment will be processed by Citall or a wholly owned subsidiary of Citall. and sent by us to the relevant dealer(s) to settle your debt to each dealer.More detailed instructions can be found in the sections on Citall's help pages relating to products and delivery.
Instructions are subject to change without notifying you, but you may also be notified.You understand and agree that the Instructions are a part of these Terms of Use.
Product warranties apply to specific products, and are thus available with the product in question or from the retailer.
COMPLY WITH LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS
You agree to comply with local laws and regulations governing conduct in electronic environments, acceptable content, and publication of technical information from your country of residence.
NO RESALE OF THE SERVICE
Plagiarism, copying, selling or reselling of the Service or its content, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

You agree that the Service consists of information to which the Owner has exclusive rights and which is confidential, protected by applicable intellectual property and other potentially applicable laws.The content presented through the Service is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and other rights and laws. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY AND THE COMPENSATION YOU MAY RECEIVE CAN NEVER EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE OR PRODUCT YOU PURCHASED.
YOU AGREE THAT, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY APPLICABLE LAW, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE, THE PRODUCTS PRESENTED OR SOLD THROUGH THE SERVICE OR THE TERMS OF SERVICE SHALL BE BROUGHT OR BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM ARISES.
PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
SOME LEGAL SYSTEMS DO NOT ACCEPT DENIAL OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR DAMAGES. IN THIS CASE, SOME OF THE RESTRICTIONS MENTIONED IN CLAUSES 14 AND 15 MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
NO TERMS OF USE AFFECT THE LEGAL PROTECTION OF THE CONSUMER.
DENUNCIATION
We may, without restriction, remove your password, user account (or any part thereof) or terminate your access to the Service and remove any content on the Service.The reason for this may be, for example, that you do not use Citall or that we suspect that you have violated the terms of use. You agree that your access to the Service may be terminated without notice and that we may immediately close your account.
Accounts that are not used for a long period of time may be closed. If this happens, all content will be permanently deleted in accordance with Citall's practices.You agree that we are not responsible for the removal of any content in the Service or for the failure to store any content. In addition, you acknowledge that we are not responsible to you or any third party for any decisions regarding your access to the Service.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Notice will be sent to you either by e-mail or regular mail. Through the service, we may also notify you of changes to the terms of use or other matters. This is done by placing the message in a visible place in the service or by sending you a special message that is visible in the service or via a link presented in the service.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS CLAIMS
Citall respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that Citall or any of its affiliated websites have infringed any of your intellectual property rights, you may report the issue to citallshop@gmail.com along with any required supporting documentation. This must be done in accordance with our Third-Party Legal Complaints Policy.

TRANSGRESSIONS
Notify Citall customer service of any violation of the Citall Terms of Service.
TRADING STATUS
Citall acts only as a commercial agent on behalf of the dealers and not on behalf of the customers. In our agreement with the dealers, the dealers have authorized Citall to complete the sale of products to customers on behalf of the dealers. This means that Citall has the power of the dealers to bind the dealers to the sale of products.
