Acceptance
By accessing or purchasing from C it all (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our linked policies (Returns & Exchanges, Refund Policy, Cancel & Change Policy, Accuracy of Content, Customs Duties, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy).

Changes
We may update these terms and our site at any time. Updates apply from posting and do not reduce your mandatory consumer rights.

Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Products, pricing, availability
We work with vetted global fulfillment partners and remain your point of contact for customer service. Prices/availability/specs may change. If an error affects your order, we may cancel and refund or contact you to proceed at correct terms.

Orders and delivery window
Orders move to fulfillment shortly after payment. Contractual delivery window: 3–50 days from dispatch/processing start, depending on product, destination, carrier, customs, and operational factors. By ordering, you accept this window. Claims based solely on delivery within this agreed window are not eligible for compensation. See Shipping Policy.

Order changes and cancellations
Customer‑requested product changes are not supported after checkout. Limited address corrections may be possible only before fulfillment. We do not ship any change without your explicit approval. If an item becomes unavailable, we may propose a replacement and wait up to 48 hours for approval; otherwise we cancel and fully refund. No partial refunds in these cases. Shipping, risk of loss, address
See Shipping Policy. Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Refused/uncollected/unpaid‑duties parcels are not eligible for product or shipping refunds. We do not offer re‑shipping after a parcel has been returned.

Customs duties and taxes
Cross‑border shipments may incur duties, import taxes, brokerage, and handling fees. These are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise. See Customs Duties.

Returns and refunds
14‑day right of withdrawal from receipt. Email citallshop@gmail.com with your order number and return reason. Ship eligible returns with tracking to: C it all, Göstorpsvägen 128b, 312 92 Laholm, Halland, Sweden. Items must be unused, resellable, with original tags/packaging. We inspect all returns. Confirmed defects or wrong items: replacement or full refund. See Returns & Exchanges and Refund Policy.

Anti‑fraud safeguards
We may require photos/video, label/serial checks, or signed statements for DOA/defect/non‑receipt claims. Conflicting carrier scans, misuse, or policy abuse may be rejected.

Intellectual property and links
All site content is owned by or licensed to C it all. Do not copy or modify without permission. We are not responsible for third‑party sites or tools.

Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and content are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law and jurisdiction
Swedish law applies. Disputes are subject to Swedish courts. EU consumers may use the European Commission ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
