Cancel and Change Policy

Order cancellation
- Orders are sent to fulfillment shortly after payment. Cancellation is usually not possible once processing has started.
- If cancellation is still possible at the time of your request, we will confirm and cancel. Otherwise, please follow our Returns & Exchanges policy after delivery.

Changes (by customer)
- We cannot change items to different products once an order is placed.
- Limited edits (e.g., size/color or minor address correction) may be possible only before fulfillment starts. Contact us immediately.
- We do not ship any changes without your explicit approval.

Changes proposed by C it all (stock issues)
- If an item becomes unavailable, we may propose a replacement and will wait up to 48 hours for your approval.
- If you do not approve within 48 hours, or you decline, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- No partial refunds are offered in these cases.

Refused, uncollected, or returned parcels
- Orders refused at delivery, uncollected from pickup points, or returned due to customer inaction/incorrect address are not eligible for refunds of product or shipping.
- Parcels that route back to a supplier or a third party facility we do not control are not eligible for a refund because we do not receive the item.
- We do not offer re‑shipping after a parcel has been returned. Place a new order if you still want the item.

Incorrect address
- Orders undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for shipping refunds.

Anti‑fraud safeguards
- We may require confirmation via email for change requests.
- Claims that conflict with carrier scans or show signs of abuse may be rejected.
