Cancel and Change Policy
Effective date: 12 June 2026
Important: This policy covers order changes and cancellations before delivery. Your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days after receipt) is separate and unaffected — see Returns & Exchanges or visit citall.store/pages/ångerrätt.
Order cancellation
- Orders are sent to fulfillment shortly after payment. Cancellation is usually not possible once processing has started.
- If cancellation is still possible at the time of your request, we will confirm and cancel. Otherwise, please use your right of withdrawal after delivery via citall.store/pages/ångerrätt.
Changes (by customer)
- We cannot change items to different products once an order is placed.
- Limited edits (e.g., size/colour or minor address correction) may be possible only before fulfillment starts. Contact us immediately at citallshop@gmail.com.
- We do not ship any changes without your explicit approval.
Changes proposed by C it all (stock issues)
- If an item becomes unavailable, we may propose a replacement and will wait up to 48 hours for your approval.
- If you do not approve within 48 hours, or you decline, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- No partial refunds are offered in these cases.
Refused, uncollected, or returned parcels
- If you wish to refuse a parcel as part of exercising your right of withdrawal, notify us first via the withdrawal form at citall.store/pages/ångerrätt or by email.
- Without prior withdrawal notification, parcels refused at delivery, uncollected from pickup points, or returned due to customer inaction/incorrect address may result in deductions for shipping and handling costs we have actually incurred. Your statutory right of withdrawal to the product cost is unaffected.
- Parcels that route back to a supplier or a third-party facility we do not control are not eligible for a refund because we do not receive the item.
- We do not offer re-shipping after a parcel has been returned. Place a new order if you still want the item.
Incorrect address
- Orders undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for shipping refunds, but the right of withdrawal still applies to the product cost.
Anti-fraud safeguards
- We may require confirmation via email for change requests.
- Claims that conflict with carrier scans or show signs of abuse may be rejected.
- These safeguards do not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
