Delivery

Delivery times depend on many factors, including the shipping method you chose at checkout.

Standard domestic delivery - if the retailer is located in the same country as where the delivery is to be made, it takes approximately 2-5 days from dispatch.longer distances and the hint courier they use can mean that the delivery will take some time from 3-50 days.

The customer must provide a correct address and information. We are not responsible for refunds or responsible for what happens to the delivery if the shipping company cannot deliver thanks to the customer providing incorrect or false information. 

Couriers

Our retailers use a wide range of leading global courier companies and local postal services to deliver your orders, depending on the country of origin and destination, and type of product.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to choose a specific courier.

When your shipment arrives in your country, it may be handed over to your local postal service and you may need to pick up your package at a local pick-up point.

Shipping costs

The cost of delivery depends on many factors.such as weight, size, amount, distance, as well as couriers

Shipping from one EU country to another does not incur customs duties.

Between other countries, customs duties may be imposed on imported goods. Fees are calculated based on a number of variables over which we have no control, and thus we are unable to provide any information on potential fees due to large variations from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information about the customs fees applicable to your country.

Delays in customs clearance

Customs clearance is a necessary process to allow goods to be transported into a country. This process usually takes a few minutes or hours, but it may take longer if the goods are selected for inspection or during periods of particularly high traffic (e.g. Christmas).

Our estimated delivery times do not include the time for customs clearance.

Certificate for import
Some goods require a certificate for import into your country. If this is required for the package to be released to you, please contact us and we will try to assist you. Citall accepts no liability in such situations.
