1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from C it all (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to all policies referenced here (Returns & Exchanges, Refund Policy, Cancel & Change Policy, Accuracy of Content, Customs Duties, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2) Changes to Terms and Site
We may update these Terms and our site at any time. Updates apply from their posting date and will not reduce your mandatory consumer rights.
3) Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract. If required by local law, minors must have a parent/guardian complete the purchase.
4) Accounts and Security
- Provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
5) Products, Pricing, Availability
- We work with vetted global fulfillment partners. We remain your point of contact and responsible for customer service.
- Prices, availability, images, specs, and descriptions may change. We take reasonable care to ensure accuracy but errors may occur. If an error affects your order, we may cancel and refund or contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed at correct terms.
6) Orders, Processing, and Delivery Window
- Orders move to fulfillment shortly after payment.
- Contractual delivery window: 3–50 days from dispatch/processing start, depending on product, destination, and carrier operations.
- By placing an order, you accept this delivery window. Claims based solely on delivery occurring within the agreed window are not eligible for compensation. See Shipping Policy.
7) Order Changes and Cancellations
- Customer‑requested changes (e.g., switch to a different product) are not supported after checkout. Limited edits (minor address corrections) may be possible only before fulfillment starts.
- We do not ship any change without your explicit approval.
- If an item becomes unavailable, we may propose a replacement and wait up to 48 hours for your approval. If you decline or do not respond within 48 hours, we will cancel and issue a full refund. No partial refunds in these cases. See Cancel & Change Policy.
8) Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Title
- See Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes according to the carrier’s terms and applicable law. Provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
- Refused, uncollected, or unpaid‑duties parcels are not eligible for product or shipping refunds. We do not offer re‑shipping after a parcel has been returned; place a new order if you still want the item.
9) Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Cross‑border shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes, brokerage and handling fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise. See Customs Duties policy.
10) Returns, Refunds, and Defects
- 14‑day right of withdrawal from receipt. To start a return, email citallshop@gmail.com with your order number and return reason. We may request supporting evidence (photos/video).
- Eligible returns must be shipped to our return address (C it all, Göstorpsvägen 128b, 312 92 Laholm, Halland, Sweden) with trackable shipping. Returns sent elsewhere are not eligible for refunds.
- Items must be unused and in resellable condition with original tags and packaging. We inspect all returns. Tampering, missing parts, or use beyond inspection void eligibility.
- If an item is confirmed defective or wrong, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. See Returns & Exchanges and Refund Policy for full details.
11) Anti‑Fraud Safeguards
- We may require photos/video, label/serial checks, signed statements, or other documentation for DOA/defect/non‑receipt claims.
- Claims conflicting with carrier scans or showing signs of misuse or policy abuse may be rejected. Abuse may lead to account restrictions.
12) Intellectual Property
- All content on our site (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to C it all and protected by applicable laws. Do not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without permission.
13) Third‑Party Links and Tools
- Our site may link to third‑party websites/tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use at your own risk and review their policies.
14) Disclaimers
- To the extent permitted by law, the site and content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free operation, or that content is free of inaccuracies, though we strive to correct errors promptly.
15) Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
16) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- Swedish law governs these Terms and any sales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
- EU consumers may use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
17) Severability and Assignment
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign our rights/obligations to an affiliate.
