Cancel and Change Interrupt

In most cases, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been submitted, as the process of processing the order begins immediately for most orders (with some exceptions, such as for products with a lead time).

Changes
In some cases, it may be possible to make simple changes to your order, but only if it has not already been confirmed or sent by a retailer. Simple changes include changing an item's size or color, or making minor updates to the shipping address. It is not possible to exchange one item for another if they have different prices, or to completely change the delivery address from one address to another.
